The President called the meeting to order at 10:37 am.

Discussions

Discussed different scenarios for keeping the lines moving, process improvements and portion control at Feed the Troops at Clearwater. Executives were very pleased with the event, however. 

The board had a somewhat lengthy discussion about the Camp Korey – Currently Planned for Sept 23 with up to 40 teams - possibly with a significantly increased prize purse.

The board also discussed what looks like a much more active event calendar for 2023 which includes some new events.  Sanctioning for several new events as well.  Board will consider sanctioning requests at the December meeting.

Approve minutes - Steve

Motion to approve the minutes from the October 2022 meeting was approved.  Steve will post the minutes to the forum for the membership.

Committee Reports

New business

Election committee – Chris  - Board will ratify elections at our December meeting after the open voting period .  We currently have 415 Active paid members.

Announcements

The next board meeting will be a phone-in meeting on Wednesday December 28, 2023, at 7:00 pm.

Motion to adjourn the meeting was approved at 12:36 PM.
