The President called the meeting to order at 6:31 pm.

Approve minutes - Steve

Motion to approve the minutes from the September 2022 meeting was approved.  Steve will post the minutes to the forum for the membership.

Treasurer's Report – Lance

Lance presented the Treasurers Reports for August and September, 2022. After discussion, the board approved the reports. Nothing unusual for either month.

Committee Reports

Annual Membership Meeting Update – Pat and Karen

Karen – finalized the menu and details for awards dinner.  Nov 2 last to register for banquet. 

Pat – flier from casino is showing 2 seatings for veteran’s day feed.

Event Committee – Bill

Discuss tentative sanctioning agreements for 2023.  Big Red Barn in Chilliwack.  Looking to restart barn Burner.  Switched to PNWBA.   Fairchild AFB the weekend before.  6k prize money.  4 meat.  Friday / Saturday event.

King County Fairgrounds September 30/ 10/1.  BBQ Brats and Brews event.  $6k Enumclaw. 

Camp Korey target 9/23.  Ratify at Clearwater.

New business

Election committee – Chris  - Board will ratify elections at our December meeting after a 3-week voting period .  We currently have 415 Active paid members

Unfinished / Old business

Royal / Jack Travel Money – Jane

Jane needs a list of teams that attended.  Jason will halp.

Event signup process – Bill Stock / Lance.  Questions  emailing active contact list vs membership list.  Contact list – any person member or not. Early notification for members.  Member benefit to be notified first.

Committee Reports Due

Jane wants committee reports for annual meeting.

Annual Board Meeting

Jane encouraged all board members to attend. 

Our Logo / trademark renewed. 

The next board meeting will be an in-person meeting at Clearwater on Sunday November 13, 2022, at 10:30 am.
