For Chef's Choice I would like to allow for some creativity and go with a stable 18"X18" absolute maximum platter if possible.

We only need a couple more teams to make this a qualifier - we only need 15. Need I remind you that this is a $10,000 prize money event and the main categories pay out to 10th place! These are the best odds of the season for walking home with real money.
