Finalizing my move up to Seattle from Kansas City and looks like I'm putting up a residence in Maple Valley. Can anyone suggest places for supplies for me? Wood especially. I'll try and check back but emails greatly appreciated - its my handle at gmail.com
Thanks everyone |

There is a good meat shop in Maple Valley called Shawn's Quality Meats. He might carry some wood. What size do you typically need?

Fist sized chunks, running gravity smokers so I don't need a lot and burning mostly briquettes.

Going to send this back to the top and expand the search. Any decent supply stores on the east side / south king county?

what exactly are you looking for? briquettes can be had at Home Depot/Lowes during the major holidays, typically $5 per 14 lb bag; for basic dishware, the downtown Seattle Costo has a line of commercial grade pots, pans, silverware, etc.

Mainly wood - not as worried about briquettes. I'm coming from the land of the spoiled, Kansas City, in terms of getting supplies, so just trying to find something local. Foothills will get stopped at, hoping I can see if there is anything else.
