I was at the judging class in Yakima last year and would like to do the cooking class this year. I think there was someone there with a pellet grill last year so i assume that is ok to bring a pellet grill and extension cords for power?

Yes, we have had access to power in the past at Yakima. Just let us know the requirment on the registration form.
