Thunder Mountain BBQ Competition
July 27–28, 2012, Longview, WA
Please note we are judging Saturday
SATURDAY, JULY 28
10:00AM JUDGES MEETING
TURN IN TIMES:
11:00AM PORK
12:00PM BRISKET
1:00PM CHICKEN
2:00PM RIBS
5:15 PM................................ (APPROXIMATE) AWARD TIME
LAST MINUTE CALL FOR JUDGES - - Your Tastebuds needed this Saturday in Longview, WA!
Because of the many last minute sign ups for the Thunder Mountain BBQ Championship. I am now in need of a 3rd and 4th table of judges. This is a great venue during the Cowlitz County Fair and Rodeo. There is free admission for all and plenty to see and do so bring the family!
Please include your name and judge number and let me know if you want to judge, table captain or help elsewhere.

Hello wonderful PNWBA Judges,
I would like you at the venue by 9:30AM, Fair gates do not open until 11:00 AM so please enter the gate nearest 7th and Washington Street next to Expo Building (look for flag pole).
The Judging Tent is located just inside that gate, tell them that you are with the BBQ event. The Judges meeting is at 10:00 AM so you should be in your seat by 9:50AM. Don't forget your coolers with ice, dress for the weather and don't eat a big breakfast.
