What: Holiday meal served to the homeless in Portland, Oregon
Date: Saturday, December 16, 2017
Location: Vera Katz Eastbank Esplanade, between Southeast Salmon Street and Southeast Main Street on the east side of the Willamette River (5 SE Madison Street for GPS)
Time: 1:00 4:00 pm
Sponsor: PNWBA and Bridge of Faith Ministry

Menu: (Please bring your items in disposable aluminum sized deep foil pans)
Smoked turkey Dale Groetsema
Smoked Ham - Dale Southmayd

3 pans stuffing Lynnae Oxley-Loupe

3 pans green bean or other veggie (either a casserole recipe or just the veggies) - Dave Bock

3 pans mashed potatoes - Dale Groetsema

3 pans sweet potatoes - Debbie Anderson

10 dozen dinner rolls and butter Diane Mee

10 cans cranberry sauce jellied or whole - Diane Mee

10 pies pumpkin, pecan, fruit, cream Lynnae Oxley-Loupe bringing 4 pies Dale Southmayd bringing 6 pies

4 gallons juice apple, orange etc Diane Mee

3 gallons hot turkey gravy - Dale Groetsema

4 cans whipped cream Lynnae Oxley-Loupe bringing 2 cans, Jane and Frank Biehl bringing 2 cans

Coffee service for 60 coffee, sugar, creamer, cups, stirrers, and equipment to make on-site - Dale Groetsema will bring supplies but not equipment to make coffee. Sue Kleeman bringing equipment to make hot drinks

Hot chocolate and spiced cider packs for 40, cups, stirrers, and equipment to make on-site - Dale Groetsema will bring supplies but not equipment to make hot drinks. Sue Kleeman has this covered

Serving tables 5 6 foot tables - Dale Groetsema bringing 3 tables, Jane and Frank Biehl bringing 2 tables, Dave Bock bringing 2 tables

Dining tables and chairs 4 and 24. Dale bringing 4 chairs still need a lot more

Jane and Frank Biehl bringing packs of personal care items

Volunteers to help with setup, serving and cleanup
Amy Armstrong - purchased a pile of warm clothing
