Hello everyone,

I'm hosting a BBQ contest in Seattle on August 18, as part of the Columbia City/Rainier Valley street festival and parade (endorsed by Seafair 2012). There will be judging and trophies for the following categories:

Best ribs
Best pork shoulder
Best chicken

and special prizes for:
Best church team bbq
Best west coast/Asian style bbq
Best "anything goes" bbq

Just changed the setup. Electricity will be available.

Katie, Alex and I cooked this event. Would LOVE to see this become a PNWBA sanctioned, one-day, event!!

6 hours for cooking pork...no problem!!
