We love this venue! Cooks have own entrance, showers, and a family friendly atmosphere. It's a great location for both WA and OR teams. I really want to see this event continue.
I am really disappointed we won't be able to support this event this year. Jesse works Friday and I am taking a section of the CPA exam that day. So sorry we are going to have to miss this one. |

| From what I have heard this is a great event for the entire family to attend. It's the Cowlitz County Fair and Rodeo with free admission so you have all the exhibits to visit, farm animals to view and I bet you can even find a deep fried twinkie to enjoy. |

I'm working with the Head judge to move the cooks meeting.. Don't let the Fri / Sat stop you we can do a later cooks meeting. :)

| The times for Friday have been changed. The Meat Inspection/Site Inspection will start at 3:00 pm and continue until all teams have arrived. The Cooks Meeting will be held at 8:00 pm to allow teams to arrive late in the day. I hope this helps everyone! |
