Spread the word, the PNWBA Judging Class and the Pitmaster Cooking Class are being offered at the upcoming CASCADE COUNTRY COOK-OFF in Chehalis, WA July 7th and that does it for this year.
It's your LAST CHANCE!
Go to the front page of this website, look for the tabs marked Cooking Class or Judging Class and the rest is obvious. There's phone numbers and emails on the registrations if you have questions but the key is, get your registrations in SOON. So, you save your space.
For the Cooking Class, if you and a partner register, we'll keep you together as a team throughout the day. An "odd man" so to speak, will be paired up with another cook looking to learn quality, competition BBQ techniques just like you are. So much more to tell you but just get that registration in and we'll be in touch!
