Hi ALL . . . I look forward to seeing you on the lovely Oregon coast. Please remember to dress for the coastal weather, looks to be cloudy in the morning with the sun coming out later. Don't forget to bring your cooler with plenty of ice. We will be located out in front of the 3 River's Casino in the parking lot. Please be on site by 10:30am and in your judging seat by 10:50am. If you have a family member or friend traveling with you and they don't like to gamble . . . I can put them to work as a food wrangler! See Ya at the Beach!
Florence is located on the beautiful Oregon coast and has miles of beaches. To the north, there is a 25-mile stretch of clean sand, driftwood, crashing surf and high promontories. Southward, the {Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area} sits, 42 miles of shifting dunes, lakes and forests make it one of the country's most popular seaside attractions.
Besides staying at the Three Rivers Casino Hotel, there are several lodging options available in Florence. Also, 20 miles to the south of Florence is the town of Reedsport where you have several lodging options. If you plan to stay overnight in the area, make your reservations soon as they fill up quickly this time of year.

No, they are not offering us any kind of discount . . . sorry! Hopefully if the event goes well this year, they will consider giving us one next year.

At this point, I could not seat you as a judge but I can certainly use you as a food wrangler/helper. If a CBJ did not show up or is late to the judges meeting, I could seat you as a judge.
