We're looking for more cooks to sign up for the only scheduled PNWBA Pitmaster Cooking Class in Oregon the season! Class includes all 4 cooking meats (plus other stuff too) and you take home all leftovers. Your meats will be scored by the new PNWBA Judging Class students and awards will be given. There will be lots of one on one time to share with instructors and a great venue with extra amenities. If you need cooking equipment, come cook on my Klose offset trailer pit or request a loaner Weber Smokey Mountain cooker and the PNWBA will hook you up. Feel free to contact me with any questions: Gregg Fujino 503-423-7177.

I am planning on coming. I will pay by Paypal. I have 2 18.5 WSMs- should I bring both, or will one be enough?

Hi Paul,
If you have the room, 2 WSMs would help give 2 temps to run at just in case. Glad to have you come out!

Home would probably be the easiest...
Gas or (I assume you have a Luhr Jensen) electric smokers are not allowed in competition. Though not banned at the cooking class, we won't be doing any instruction on them. If you want to bring it for fun, we have power available.

I see my sense of humor doesn't come across very well in the forum. I was, of course, joking about bringing my Big Chief. It does make good bacon though.

Paid via Paypal. Should I mail the registration, or can I email it or bring it with me?
