Next weekend the Whole Hog Competition has secured an amazing speaker and mentor from SCORE on starting and successfully running a business and the has experience in BBQ.

Time: 3pm to 4.30pm, including time for questions

Ed Molzan is a SCORE Business Counselor who specializes in ‘Start up Businesses’ and ‘Food Services’ having provided advice for 24 years and counseled about 1400 Startup Clients some now into 6 figure sales.
He has experience with BBQ start ups with one of my past Clients being Burney Brothers BBQ who now have 3 locations on the East Side.
His presentations are widely sort after with many presentations at locations like Renton College BIZFAIR, SBA, and the local County libraries.
