What a crazy couple of months it has been. I have cooked my whole life, both traditionally and bbq. I'm not sure how it happened, but one day I decided I wanted to be a bbq judge so I got certified with PNWBA and KCBS. I thought damn how fun will this be...
I then got really crazy and I shot Jim M an email one day, he responded with maybe you should bbq or maybe you should judge....whatever makes you happy. He posted on the PNWBA forums seeing if anyone needed help....so bbq it is ! Sugars here I come.
I met Lynnae through the forums. It is like I have always known her. She is a geat teacher and mentor and I am happy to be her friend. I have met the most awesome people at the competitions and I look forward to contributing to this community.
