Happy New Year All!
I have a brother-in-law with a bunch of Duck Breasts and a few full birds, and was hoping folks might have some recipes, smoked or otherwise.
I tried to do a search to see if there was a thread on this before & didn't find one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's funny, I just posted a Peking Duck recipe this morning! Make it yesterday and it was awesome. Could easily be modified to a gas grill, pit smoker, or the oven.

Thanks a lot John, that looks interesting!
I realize it's just a bird, but with the higher fat content, I thought some folks may have experience with tweaking the traditional bird recipes to take advantage of that.
