Would like to try my hand at making pepperoni sticks but can't seem to find a recipe. Anyone having a tried and true recipe I would greatly appreciate it.

yes there is some spices in a kit you buy from cabelas it is easy just hang the sticks in your smokehouse you will need a grinder with a stuffing tube other than that is is easy and it tastes awesome just did some 100% elk pep last weekend it was great

Thanks for the link... I've never thought to make my own peperoni... anyone have experience trying it? Looks kinda difficult and requires lots of ingredients...
