Would like to try my hand at making pepperoni sticks but can't seem to find a recipe. Anyone having a tried and true recipe I would greatly appreciate it.

yes there is some spices in a kit you buy from cabelas it is easy just hang the sticks in your smokehouse you will need a grinder with a stuffing tube other than that is is easy and it tastes awesome just did some 100% elk pep last weekend it was great |

Thanks for the link... I've never thought to make my own peperoni... anyone have experience trying it? Looks kinda difficult and requires lots of ingredients... |
