I am looking for volunteers to demonstrate to the public various skills used in BBQ.
Anything from making sauces, brining, flavor profiles, cooking techniques, use of types of woods would be helpful. I need people from (I hope I have these times right) 4 pm on Sat to 11:00 in the evening and Sunday from 10:00? Am to close of the show,, probably 5:00 PM. I would like these classes to last as long as is needed to cover your subject in depth, and a question and answer period would also be good.

Who is going to check ID? and I think you may have to check with the city for a permit. If you can get it approved I'm all for it. Is this a class or a contest? Just curious,,,
The presentation times have been nailed down to.
Sat 5 to 8pm (band comes on at this time). Sunday 12 to 4pm So I only need 7 1 hour presenters or,, 14 half hour,,,,, :)
So if you wood like to help please let me know ASAP
