Call for Judges for the 1st Annual Cloverdale Cowboy Cook Off May 19, 20 in Cloverdale, BC.
This new event is being held in conjunction with the Cloverdale Rodeo & Country Fair. The rodeo and fair draws thousands of visitors each year.
Organizers: Angie Quaale & David Gassaway
Head Judges: Mayben & Jackie Amos
We need Judges, Table Captains and Helpers for both May 19 & 20
Please provide your full name and PNWBA CBJ# when signing up.
Gate passes will be provided to access the venue.
Parking will be your own responsibility. Please allow adequate time to park and walk to the event site.
Remember to bring a cooler and ice pack for your leftovers.
Please do not wear colognes and perfumes.
Attendance at the Judges Meeting is mandatory or your spot will be filled.

At this time I don't think a helper gets points, but I am trying to confirm.
There are no Judging spots left but we could use a helper. I will put your name on the Helper list for Saturday and Sunday.

I will need contact info for these two. I have added them to the Sunday list. Saturday is currently full, but we could always use a couple of helpers.

Hey all you cowboys and cowgirls!
Saddle up and get on the Judges list for this 1st annual Cloverdale Cowboy Cook Off.
We need to fill all the judging seats well in advance so there will be time to get your Gate Passes prepared. Don't wait too long.
