Thank you to Bonnie and the crew at Johnston's Pork, we appreciate your support and I think all the teams agree that you have some of the best pork butts and ribs we have ever cooked.
Thanks to the excellent maintenance staff at Heritage park for keeping the teams set up with power and water and making sure we had what we needed, we appreciate all you do.
Thanks to Kim, Chef Dez and the wonderful staff from Well Seasoned Gourmet Food Store and to Mayben, Jackie and all the volunteers that came out to judge, table captain, pass out flyers and samples and just help out where needed, we couldn't have done it without you.
To all the teams from all over the PNW, that drove as much as 600 miles to play in Chilliwack.....Thank you, its people like you that make what we do so much fun.

Hey Rob, Ill be heading to the bbq shop in the next few days before chiliwack so if you let me know how much you want I can pick it up. I do have half a bag of poorly marked, 97% ceratin hickory traeger brand, pellets as well if that gets you over the hump. |

Still snowing today. need some sun to melt some roof snow that has fortified all access to the basement. Several feet of snow to climb over at this point. See what happens over the next week! |
