Any Cooks and Judges interested in a full on 2 day - 4 Meats PNWBA style "Face the Judges" Contest??
In the spirit of the successful 2011 Winter Burn Off hosted by Ty & Deb Staley last March, which fielded 6 new and experienced cook teams, we are planning the first cook of the New Year in Snohomish, WA on January 28/29, 2012!
Cooks - We are limiting this event to 10 teams, and are encouraging new teams (and those Hot n Fast students) to come join us. New teams - working on that new technique or flavor profiles? Get a jump on the competition!
We will set up on an asphalt parking lot, 24 hour access to facilities and full kitchen. Quiet hours will be enforced. $25 Entry
Judges - We value your palate and look forward to your feedback! We need a minimum of 6 CBJ's a Head Judge and Table Captains to pull this off. Please consider joining us - all are welcome!
This will all take place at Le Gourmet Depot 110 Cedar Ave. Snohomish, WA 98290

If the interest is there and we pull this off, more dates may become available. How about a KCBS turn in or some One day "Lite" cooks before Comp season starts?

Load in time: 6:00 am
This year is going to be a one day event and we will only be cooking 2 meats which will be Chicken and Ribs.
FIRST TURN IN: 12:00 CHICKEN
SECOND TURN IN: 1:00 RIBS
