Huge BBQ Pit smoker custom built by the well known Klose(Houston TX)
Main chamber is 30"X8' plus upright smoker 3/8 thick.Insulated firebox,doors counterweights,tuned up to cook even, built in propane,drain valve etc..Mounted on a 24 feet steeldeck trailer 2 axles(6000 pds each)brakes on both.Nice aluminium wheels. Aluminium box 2X2X6 for your equipment.Get ready for some serious BBQ's..You can cook aroud 50 briskets at the same time!!We are selling it because of health issues.That ultimate pit is located in Tri-Cities,Wa.

the reason why we wanted it on a walk-on trailer,it's because we had plan to inclose it and from the factory, it comes on axles..second, you don't have to worry about people getting burnt..and in several places, you have to be at least 4 inches off the groud to serve food..with a set up like this, you don't have to built a temporary floor..with that big of a trailer, you set your tables on it..it was more expensive but worthed!

pics on the way..meanwhile, go to www.bbqpits.com, then to mobile cookers and catering rigs...scroll down to "The 30X8 ft with upright slow smoker ultimate cook-off and catering rig"..that's what it is..but ours is on a walk-on trailer that has been reinforced to hold the pit..we have all the options on it..that thing is big..you need a 3/4 ton pick-up to pull it!!
