I'm looking to buy a couple of coolers on wheels. I'd like one that is good at keeping things cold as well as hot. What is the favorite amongst comp teams?

In June I'll be doing a cook for 35 and one should be big enough to hold 15 racks of ribs.

I would look at costco they had one that would be ideal with wheels
