Howdy, Paul here. I live on Marrowstone Island, just S of Port Townsend, but I grew up in TX and got hooked on the Q they throw down at Kreuz Market, City Market, Salt Lick, Rudy's, County Line, etc. In the last 30 years, I have worn out a couple of offsets and one Bradley (too old to sit up all night tending the fire, drinking beer). I am currently helping a friend design and build a smoker, but I am having trouble finding a builder. Any ideas about that out there? At any rate, I was glad to find you guys and I look forward to swapping ideas with you. My latest gig was a scratch-made pastrami that was outstanding. You just can't buy 'em like that any more.
