1- Juarez Canyon Best Dawg–Must be an encased dog, it can be split with anything added and any nationality American-Polish-Brat-etc. does not have to be on traditional bun.


2- Anything with a Tortilla does not have to be Mexican anything as long as it has a tortilla.


3- Cooks Choice only rule -No Dessert.


4- Desert-can be made off site. PLEASE NO STORE-BOUGHT ENTRIES.


We will be giving 2-lbs of Pacific Seafood Bacon and 5lb Russet potatoes to any team that wants to use it.


 


As last year a drawing for free entry to 2019 for all teams that enter all sides.

Tasting Tables


The tasting tables are for leftover sides. We would like all teams to participate. -This is for our sponsors that will not be judging.


The tasting table entry does not have to be exactly what you turned in for the judges. This will be a special event. It will be called D-T-W-G or Dam That Was Good and will be judged just on taste with a $100 prize for each category.


So, when you turn in your sides make sure you turn in for the tasting tables.

NOTE:


Every team must have a 2A 40 BC or 3A 40 BC fire extinguisher with a current inspection tag or a current receipt. Current means less than 1 year old! Check your fire extinguisher before arriving!


 


No fire extinguisher, no cooking!
